Delivery of Digital Products and Services

- Services: After purchase, customers receive an intake form via email. Upon completion, a short 1:1 virtual call is scheduled, followed by delivery of customized meal plans and training programs.

- Subscriptions: Access to the recipe library begins immediately upon successful payment and remains active as long as the subscription is maintained.

- Coaching Program: Starts upon completion of the intake process, with the program duration typically set for 90 days.

Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are granted under the following conditions:

- Coaching Program: Customers who meet program requirements but do not achieve their outlined goals within 90 days may request a refund.

- Recipe Library Subscription: Customers dissatisfied within the first 30 days of their subscription may request a refund.

- Digital Meal Plans: Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not available after delivery.

Process for Refund or Cancellation Requests:
